First, is what I am offering:

I need experienced bowhunters that would be able to use a "soft sell" approach to their local dealers. For every paid invoice the Field Staffer would receive a 15% commission on dealer cost! Dealers currently purchasing from Red Hawk are not included.
Orders placed from dealers thru a distributor are not eligible for commissions.
That's it. I am expanding my dealer base and am willing to pay you to help me.
Field Staffers receive an annual renewable commitment from me that will be reviewed and potentially renewed by Red Hawk Archery based on the performance of the Field Staffer.
I'll need a resume detailing your hunting experience, mailing address, a photo and any other qualifications you may have.
Could you and your hunting partner be on Staff? Not really, because you would both be competing for the same dealers.
Can you trust me? If I did not pay your commissions it would be all over the Internet in a matter of days ruining my name and business,
