Terry,
If those dang peep sights of yours ever wore out, I'd have asked you for another one....... but mine is still in good shape. Or have you had any updates on the newer models?
Anyway, yes you may use the picture on your web sight. When we met down in xxxxxx at the resturant, you were very nice to a complete stranger, I've not forgot it. At some point you will probably see this buck on Lone Wolf Whitetail Addictions being shown as a "buck buck profile".
. The gross green score is approx 216" NT.
I met you several years ago while you were hunting at the Conservation Area. You were so kind to give me one of your peep sights...... I gave you one of my homemade bow slings, made from 1/2" black rope. Anyway, I wanted to say thanks again. I really like the sight. Since you gave it to me, I've had some real good luck bow hunting. Two years ago, I killed two nice bucks with my bow, both will score in the 130's. Last year I bow killed a buck that would score in the high 160's and this year's bow kill buck will score in the mid 180's (I had a gun kill buck that scored in the mid 160's this year too). I've also killed 4 turkey's in the fall deer-turkey archery season over the last three years, all from a treestand with the bow.
Again, I just wanted to say "Thanks". I really like your sight and hope that your hunting has been successful, also. Here's a picture of this years bow kill.

It was a hot opener for deer season This year my concentration was on scoring on an antelope buck I spotted in the area near my grandfathers farm. After a few stalks that day and no luck decoying the antelope. I decided to take a drive it was getting close to having to decide give up for the day or work my way into my deer stand I kicked the idea around and decided
to work into my stand just to see what might be coming through the area. It was later
than I should have been due to the heat. I figured that I would have kicked out all of the
does that come thru early but there were none. So I went about my routine and set my
buck bomb out at 20 yds and scent killed my trail Then as I was climbing into my stand
I heard a noise, not a normal noise. I couldnt figure out what it was. It sounded like
something was dying. There it was again then a thud. I figured it was a wounded deer or
something. It increasingly got louder I heard it 4 more times and then nothing. As I was
scanning the area I caught something out of the corner of my left eye and there it was showing me its teeth and snarling. A mountain lion!! I knew they were in the area and the state having its 3rd season for residents only. I have never ran into one this close. I have seen one over a hundred yards away usually running away from me, but never thought I would run into one while bowhunting. As I drew my bow I was trying to anticipate its move. It took 4 more steps into the clearing, turned and looked at me again and snarled. I took the shot and missed. I know I missed! I couldnt beleive it! All the practice I had put in and I missed. The cat didnt run. It took 4 more steps turned and came behind my stand closing the gap from 40 to 15 yrds and looked up at me and again snarled. I had been at full draw from the time it turned. I then put the second arrow in the 12 ring, so to speak. The cat flipped and ran about 20 yrds and fell over! I waited and no movement so I took my chances exited the stand and went to get my uncle to help me retrieve the cat! The whole time spent in the treestand approximatley 15 minutes. Wow what a night I shook with excitement the rest of the weekend !
